This recipe may be adorable and fun, but it’s definitely for the adults! This Peeps martini uses whipped vodka and limoncello for a citrusy marshmallow flavor profile. It’s a spin on a lemon drop martini that’s perfect for Easter and Spring!
Just like Easter eggs, you can dye it any color you want with a drop of food coloring, but you can also just enjoy the pale yellow the limoncello creates if you prefer.
