750 mL bottle dry white wine of choice, ½ Cup peach schnapps liquor, 2 Cups ginger beer, 1 ½ Cups peach juice or nectar
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours before serving
Notes
Any dry or semi-dry white wine works great (and it doesn’t need to be expensive either) so choose your favorite!
You can swap the peach schnapps for apricot schnapps, peach or apricot brandy, plain brandy, or anything similar
If you use ginger ale instead of ginger beer it will work fine, but the ginger flavor won’t be as prominent
The peach juice can be swapped out for a juice mix, white peach juice, white grape juice, or lemonade if preferred (but the peach juice helps add more flavor)!
The longer the sangria sits in the fridge the softer but more flavorful the peaches will become
If you don’t want lemon slices floating in your sangria along with your peaches, just squeeze the lemon juice into the pitcher with the other liquids and discard the rinds
You don’t need to chill the wine beforehand, since it will be sitting in the fridge to soak for a couple hours anyway
Store sangria in the refrigerator in a lidded pitcher or similar container. It should last up to 5 days if properly stored, though the fruit will continue to get mushier as time goes on
Exact nutritional values will vary based on brand and flavor of ingredients, any swaps or additions, and actual quantity consumed, so please consider this a guideline only
