Serve chilled, with a slice of lemon or peach to garnish
Notes
For a single serving, use 2 Ounces peach vodka, 3 Ounces prepared lemonade, ½ fresh peach, sliced, and ice
Any brand of peach vodka is totally fine. Popular brands include Smirnoff, Deep Eddy, New Amsterdam, or Three Olives
You can also use citrus vodka, Smirnoff peach lemonade flavored vodka, or you can use half regular vodka and half peach schnapps instead
To lower alcohol content, reduce the vodka to 1 ounce for a single serving or 1 cup for a pitcher, and offset with peach juice or additional lemonade instead
Any type of lemonade is fine. I use Simply Lemonade, but you can use any other brand, make homemade, prepare a powdered mix, or whatever you like
You can omit the fresh peachesif desired to reduce sweetness, but they add visual appeal and taste (and I don’t think it’s sickly sweet anyway)
Vodka lemonade cocktail proportions are normally 2:3. However, when you make it in a pitcher, I find you need extra juice to balance it. You can also use some peach simple syrup, nectar, or puree (store bought or homemade)
Garnish with a slice of lemon or a slice of fresh peach, if desired
If you’re making a pitcher, I suggest making it in advance and letting it sit in the refrigerator. This gives the peaches time to infuse with the alcohol!
Store peach vodka lemonade in an airtight pitcher or carafe in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Without the fresh fruit, you may store it there for up to one week and just add fruit before serving!
Make sure to serve in a highball glass or similar so you have plenty of room for ice, as this refreshing vodka lemonade is best served cold!
