6 Bibigo chicken or pork dumplings, frozen
Spray the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking
Oil spray
Place the frozen dumplings in the preheated air fryer basket, leaving air space between each dumpling
Add an additional spritz of oil to the top of the dumplings if you want a more browned top (optional)
Air fry Bibigo Korean dumplings at 350°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through
If needed, cook for an additional minute, or until dumplings reach an internal temperature of 165°F
Allow dumplings to rest for about 2 minutes before consuming
Serve with included sauce, or your favorite alternative
Notes
If you like extra crispy dumplings, apply another spritz of oil after you’ve flipped them at the halfway mark
Dumplings will be very hot when they come out. Nip off the tops or poke a hole in the side with a chopstick to help release steam
Sometimes the dumplings will pop open during cooking. You can start monitoring around the 8 minute mark and pull them if they look ready to burst. Even if they do pop, they taste great still!
If the included sauce packet is frozen, run it under some hot tap water to thaw it while your dumplings are cooking
Recommended alternative dipping sauces include: soy sauce, gochujang, plum or duck sauce, or any other soy-based dumpling dipping sauce
Exact nutritional values will vary depending on specific flavor used and any sauces consumed, so please consider this as only a guideline or estimate
