12 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ tsp Peppermint extract
6 Candy canes

Line a baking sheet with wax paper
Melt and mix semi-sweet chocolate chips
Stir in ½ tsp peppermint extract
Pour melted chocolate into pan and cool in fridge
Crush candy canes in a ziploc bag
Microwave and mix white chocolate chips
Pour melted white chocolate over cooled layer
Add crushed candy cane pieces and cool 30 minutes
