Make the perfect poppable appetizer by cooking homemade sausage rolls in your air fryer!
13 Ounce package puff pastry dough
½ Pound pork sausage
1 Large egg, whisked
1 tsp seasoning
An easy party appetizer requiring only 3 main ingredients
Lay your puff pastry out flat.
Cut the puff pastry sheet lengthwise into two equal sections
Line the center of each puff pastry sheet with a 1” wide strip of sausage
Fold the pastry dough over top of the sausage and pinch the edges
Flip the pastry dough over so the seam is on the bottom
Score the dough about 8 times to create vents
Cut the rolls into smaller 2" bite sized pieces
Brush the tops of the pastry with egg wash and sprinkle everything seasoning
Air fry for 10-15 min at 400℉ until the pastry browns and sausage hits 160℉
