Learn how easy it is to cook roasted butternut squash slices in the air fryer!
1.5 lbs butternut squash
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp roasted walnuts
1 Tbsp dried cranberries
2 Tbsp goat cheese
1 tsp dried thyme

Slice the top and bottom off the squash
Split the squash lengthwise down the middle
Using a spoon, remove the seeds and pulp
Cut the squash into even slices
Mix squash slices with 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 ½ tsp garlic powder, 1 ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp black pepper
Air fry butternut squash slices for 15-20 min at 375°F
Flip slices or shake air fryer basket every 5 minutes
