Create a light and fluffy mini quiche with crust in your air fryer!
Refrigerated pie crust
3 Large eggs
½ tsp salt and pepper
½ tsp mustard powder
1 tsp dried chives
½ cup diced ham
½ cup shredded cheese
⅓ cup heavy cream
Use leftover ham to create an elegant, tasty breakfast or brunch!
Cut the pie crust to fit your tart pans
Fit crust in your pans and poke the bottom with a fork
Cook for 4 minutes at 320°F in the air fryer
Whisk eggs, cream, mustard, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Remove the par baked crusts from the air fryer
Evenly fill crusts with egg mixture, ham, and cheese
Cook in air fryer an additional 10-15 min at 320°F
Let ham and cheese quiche rest for 10-15 minutes
The mini quiche crust will be nice and flaky!
