Make your own creamy queso at home in the air fryer with this easy recipe!
8 oz American cheese
8 oz pepper jack cheese
4 oz can green chiles
12 oz evaporated milk
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
A Mexican inspired cheese dip with just the right amount of heat
Break cheese slices into quarters, or shred if you have a block
On top of the cheese, add the green chilies and all the spices
Pour evaporated milk over the top, making sure that the cheese is fully covered
Air fry queso for 10 minutes at 350°F, pausing to stir halfway
Topped with chorizo and chopped cilantro for more flavors!
