No pan? No problem! Learn how to make Jiffy cornbread in the air fryer!
8.5 ounce Jiffy corn mix
1 large egg
⅓ cup milk
⅓ cup creamed corn
2 Tbsp honey
2 ounces diced green chiles
This air fryer cornbread makes an ideal side dish for any meal!
Cut a piece of foil that fits your air fryer basket, with at least an inch of excess
Roll or fold excess foil to create a square or circle. Keep 1” of air space around the basket
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir to incorporate
Pour the batter into the foil basin in the air fryer basket
Air fry for 25-35 minutes at 310°F, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Cut cornbread into wedges or squares, top with butter, and serve!
