Enjoy delicious seafood in your air fryer by making these parmesan panko breaded scallops!
12 ounces of sea scallops
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp seafood seasoning
2 Tbsp butter
¼ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Nonstick spray
Lemon wedges & parsley
Enjoy a deliciously seasoned, easy to cook seafood dinner
Pat your scallops dry with a paper towel
Melt butter and combine the panko, parmesan, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning
Season each with pepper
Dip the scallops in the butter, then press into the panko mixture
Spray your air fryer basket with nonstick spray
Air fry scallops for 10-15 min at 400°F, flipping halfway
Scallops are cooked when the internal temperature reaches at least 125°F
Squeeze a little lemon juice over top and garnish with fresh parsley
