Ingredient List

frozen toasted air fryer ravioli ingredients
  • Frozen toasted ravioli, any brand
  • Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
  • Extra parmesan cheese for dusting (optional)

Ingredient Tips and Notes

  • The brand of frozen toasted ravioli you use doesnโ€™t really matter. I have Celentano here today, but Iโ€™ve also used Louisa, Mama Cozzi (Aldi), Wellsley Farms (BJs), and Trader Joeโ€™s frozen toasted ravioli and they all work great
  • Most frozen toasted ravioli comes in four cheese or beef flavor options, and either one works fine!
  • Some brands may come with some marinara sauce already so you donโ€™t need it. However, not all do. Really, any red sauce will work here โ€“ you can even do meat sauce if you like
  • Since the ravioli are filled with cheese you donโ€™t need to add more on top, but a dusting of grated Parmesan adds some extra flavor!

Recipe Pro Tips

  • I recommend placing all the ravioli the same way up in your air fryer basket to start. This way, when you flip them, itโ€™s easier to keep track of which ones youโ€™ve already done!
  • A small amount of overlap is alright, but your ravioli will do best if kept in a single layer in the air fryer. I can fit 12 frozen toasted ravioli in each basket of my Ninja Dual Zone air fryer at a time. Thatโ€™s 24 ravioli, or about a pound in total
  • My toasted ravioli were perfectly cooked at about 7 minutes in the Ninja air fryer. If you donโ€™t have a thermometer, the other best way to tell that theyโ€™re done is when the toasted ravioli puff up in the middle. They look like little pillows of deliciousness!
  • Be careful biting into them immediately; try to let them sit for a few minutes. Like most cheese-filled foods, they feel molten hot in the middle!
