  1. Add 1 cup rice to bottom of Tupperware pressure cooker
  2. Pour 2 cups water or broth over the rice
  3. A Tbsp of butter or oil may be added if desired, along with salt and pepper

  2. Add potatoes to base of Tupperware pressure cooker
  3. Fill with water so potatoes are covered, but still below the max fill line (approx 1 ¼ cups per pound of potatoes)
  4. Cook on high for 10 minutes
  5. Allow 5 minutes to depressurize before opening
  6. Drain and serve

This works well to prepare your potatoes however you like to serve them!  I like to add butter, milk, and seasonings and then mash them.

However, you can leave them in chunks or even whole baby potatoes if you’d like.
