I love making scones, and often make a batch on the weekends so I have easy grab and go breakfasts for the weekdays. While I rotate between different flavors all the time, these 3 ingredient air fryer lemonade scones are a favorite of mine because, while a shortcut recipe, they’re still amazing!

Well, 3 ingredient scones are basically a shortcut recipe. My traditional scone recipe has 6 ingredients, and that’s not even counting any fruit, nuts, chocolate chips, or other items you add for flavor.

So, this recipe basically cuts that in half, saving time on measuring and requiring fewer things from the store if you’re shopping from scratch.

These 3 ingredient scones use self-rising flour, sparkling lemonade (or lemon-lime soda) for carbonation and sweetness, and cream to add some richness.

Even still, there are substitution and variation options to try. That’s great, since you’ll love these scones so much you’ll want to make them again and again!

Now that said, lemonade scones are, despite the name, a plain sort of scone, so I recommend having some spreads or toppings on hand for serving!
